Q: How long will it take to get my order?

A: If your order is in stock, you should receive your order within two weeks. Your order confirmation will contain further details with regards to scheduling. GADAR Promotions is currently managing order fulfillment on behalf of OCVT, you will receive your order confirmation and shipping details via email from GADAR.

Q: How much is shipping?

A: Shipping fees will vary based on delivery location. For local orders we offer pickup at our office, Rocky Creek Way in Carp. If you choose the pickup option at checkout you will be notified when your order is ready for pickup with confirmation of pickup details.
